Expedited Turn-Around

We strive to complete your order within five business days although our standard turn-around interval is seven business days once we've received your product and coating material.  We have many paint and powder varieties on hand so waiting for coating materials generally does not cause a delay. Please inquire about our expedite rates if you are on a tight schedule.

If you have an open purchase order, you have several choices for production scheduling and shipping/delivery. We will produce volume according to as-needed schedules, or process parts as received to meet your specific weekly, monthly or quarterly production volume. We will participate in your JIT/KANBAN initiatives.

Incoming & Outgoing Quantity Inspection and Verification

For better control of your resources, Specialty Finishes will verify the quantity that you ship to us. By verifying the delivered quantity, we ensure that you receive back each and every piece you have entrusted to us. We confirm the quantity received against your purchase order and contact you with any discrepancies before processing.

Visual Inspection

For articles with complex specifications or items with a higher per-article coating cost, it is often more economical to sort out pre-painted parts with manufacturing flaws which would not meet your quality standards prior to painting them. We can isolate quality failures and return them to you for reconditioning at your discretion. You save money because you are not charged for painted parts that you can not use.
